Rohde & Schwarz presents the first "test cases" for MMS CCF certified as CDMA2000 ®
The CDMA Certification Forum (CCF) has certified a new measurement solution from Rohde & Schwarz for the service of sending multimedia messages (MMS).
Offered as a software update for universal radio communication tester R & S CMU200, the solution from Rohde & Schwarz is the first "test case" certificate for MMS market for CDMA2000 ®. The certification was approved in early 2009.MMS specifications of the Open Mobile Alliance meet various telephony standards such as GSM, WCDMA and CDMA2000 ®. The new software application extends the range of Rohde & Schwarz products to enable users to measure all standard on the R & S CMU200.
Rohde & Schwarz actively supports the FCC in its efforts to optimize action sequences CDMA2000 ®. The CCF was founded in 2004 to standardize the development processes for CDMA2000 ® based computers. Its main objective is to establish a high minimum standard for all applications and simultaneously reduce development costs.
The application software is now available from Rohde & Schwarz.
