Amplifier Research adds to its A Series new more compact and powerful amplifiers
Wavecontrol announced that the new innovations made in Amplifier Research (AR) allow the design and manufacture smaller, more compact amplifiers that provide even more power than older models.
The new "series A" as an example are between 25% and 50% smaller than previous models without power reduction. These new compact models can easily be used in control rooms, and thanks to its new design is more efficient in energy consumption. This new design offers improved reduced and better benefits, so the price / W improvement, at the same price you get a much better amplifier.
The new series "A" includes the following models:
- Model 2500A225 (10 kHz - 225 MHz / 2500 W).
- Model 1000A225 (10 kHz - 225 MHz / 1000 W).
- Model 500A250A (10 kHz - 250 MHz / 500 W).
With the extension of frequency range, you can now perform many tests on these amps due to start work at 10 kHz.
Each model includes the latest technology FET can be controlled remotely through its control interfaces GPIB, RS-232, USB and Ethernet.
