BFI OPTILAS distributes wireless ICs by Melexis

Melexis, a leading designer and manufacturer of mixed-signal semiconductors, has reached an agreement with Sales Team, based in France, whereby the company will join its sales network as a distributor for Europe of its wireless ICs. The product portfolio includes Melexis Wireless ISM-band RF transmitters, receivers and transceivers with RFID tags and wireless sensors.
"In our view, BFI OPTILA offers a very good combination of industry knowledge and local presence in the areas of interest. So we decided to add a Sales Team as a distributor for our wireless ICs within Europe, "said Dr. Andreas Laute, responsible for Melexis RF business unit.
"We are pleased to distribute the range of wireless IC Melexis' products within the European market," said Ernesto Prestifilippo, business development director of Sales Team. "Melexis products have excellent performance and a cost-which is what customers want today.
