SMT receiving antenna for clock synchronized by radio

Premo has developed to a receiving antenna via radio clock synchronized with SMT surface mount technology, the series RCA-SMD, used for automotive applications to control on-off exterior lamps.

Supplied in rolls of tape ready for assembly automatic machines SMT. In circuits signal receive time synchronization, the antenna is at the larger, Premo has miniaturized the device to the point of being able to develop printed circuit boards, low profile with a 100% level of integration, avoiding overhead and therefore a manual process of editing.
The antenna is sent once tuned to the resonant frequency specified. The tuning process fine is performed on the production line Premo using an unattended station for high reliability. This station checks the antenna in real time getting that way a high precision in centering the frequency.
Such antennas are configured as channels or tanks resonant parallel LC (RCA-SMD-77A: 1.3 mH / / 3.3 nF to 77.5 kHz and RCA-SMD-60A: 2,1 mH / / 3, 3 nF to 60 kHz) that provide a high impedance, more than 75 kW, the resonance frequency (+ / - 0.2 kHz).
